The so-called “Democracy Declaration” used in Saxony is evidently unconstitutional. According to Member of Saxon Parliament Miro Jennerjahn (Alliance '90/The Greens), the Legal Service of the Saxony Parliament considers it to be unacceptable, stating “many parts of the convictions safety test of the national government are inadmissible!” The fraction Alliance’90/The Greens has commissioned an expert’s opinion.
