Training 4

Germany as an immigration society

In this training we focus on historical-social attitudes to the phenomenon of migration,  think about how the sense of belonging arises and develops. We also analyse the structures of power and differentiation.

What are the consequences of the co-existence/living in the German immigration society for our social and professional life? How can we understand the concept of migration with all its complexity and apply these principles in practice? All those questions are the focus of our training, with the aim to strengthen both professional and social competences in their approach to the notion of migration.

Length of the training: this module is designed as a 2-3 day seminar, and is also available in a shortened 1 day version.
