Our Empowerment trainings offer the perspective of our trainers who themselves have migration backgrounds, and who have been affected by discrimination and racism.
Every seminar and training is tailored to suit the needs of the particular group of participants. We will work through questions of handling and coping with occurrences of discrimination and racism, as well as those of social practices which do not agree with racist logic, and those of recognizing diversity.
Length of seminar: by appointment, 4-8 hours
